Do these really go over your calf? I've bought other brands where the saock stops halfway up the calf which id frustrating.

I chose the T3006 from the list that appeared when searching for Women's socks. Am I correct in assuming that this is a Unisex sock and should follow your Men's / Unisex Size Chart when choosing the size to order? I wear a size 8.5 shoe, so should presumably order an S (small) T3006 sock?
