I think I will stick with the women's if I buy any more. The men's are a little bunchy on my heel. The women's do feel just barely long enough but they are cuter. Will there be shrinkage?
Hi Bernadine! We recommend machine washing your Darn Tough socks with standard detergent in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle, with your socks inside out. We also recommend a low-heat tumble or hang dry, whichever you prefer! Flipping your socks inside out will help prevent pilling and also aid in thoroughly washing the cushion of your socks. If you are worried your socks have shrunk, don't fret! Much like jeans, our merino wool socks undergo the same fabric recovery process. With a little wear, your socks should relax if they feel a bit snug just out of the laundry!
