"I’ve been using Darn Tough socks for about 8 years now for everything military field work, hiking, BMX racing, and just every day work socks. My wife and kids love theirs. Maybe I’m getting old, but I even ask for Darn Tough socks at Christmas. You cannot beat the lifetime guarantee and I’ve never actually managed to put a hole in a pair yet. 2 pairs KidsDarn Tough socks were a failure for us

"I bought 2 pairs of Darn Tough socks for my 5-year old grandson at our local store. This was one of the 2 pairs he picked out. We purchased the large size. Unfortunately, after wearing this pair for an hour, he was very upset, saying that they hurt his ankles. We tried the second pair and he reacted the same way. He is a very lean kid so there is nothing about his physique that would contribute to this. I put the sock over my hand and realized the compression is significant. If you have a child who has sensory issues or doesn’t like a very tight fit , avoid Darn Good socks. I’m out the money for 2 pairs with less than than 2 hours of wear time between them."
