Very good all around sock for everyday + active wear

"I've gotten many different kinds of Darn Tough socks over the years and I always go back to the Hiker line socks, since they're a good combo of comfortable, robust, and durable for wear for an entire day. From my experience, the Hiker line also tends to have a better odor-preventing and moisture-wicking effect on my feet than the lifestyle-oriented Darn Tough lines of socks. I am lucky that my shoe size falls right into one of the Darn Tough sizing bands, so they always fit perfectly. Other merino wool brands have my shoe size right on the cusp of two different sizes so they never fit me well, either too tight or too lose."
